I remember starting her on writing as if teaching her how to draw, that takes the pressure off of "writing!" Sorry we did not catch up this summer, our trip to Taiwan was cut short, The 3rd day we were there Noel spiked up a high fever and that started a huge mess..... I did not even get to see Cathy. And Noel refused to eat and drink anything in Taiwan, she said they all taste different...ugh. We headed home as soon as she is free of fever. Both of us lost tons of weight in less than 2 weeks. It will take a LOT of courage for us to visit again. So we will be waiting for you guys to come see us :) Learning to write in English is much easier than in Chinese characters.
